Although the photospread of "Team Romney" is the highlight of this NYTimes article about Ann Romney, it's also worth a read for the line after line about the Romney family's delusional understanding of itself as a normal and bashfully perfect brood. I can't tell if the author of the piece, Jodi Kantor, is being tongue-in-cheek, or "unbiased" in her journalism (what the heck is that, billy?), but she exercizes enormous restraint when commenting on the romney clan... there are just SO many jabs she could make... and even portrays Ann Romney, to be, gasp, mildly sympathetic.
There's a cluch Tagg quote too, but I'll let y'all discover that for yourselves. Enjoy! And be sure to route for "Team Romney" in the 2008 olympics, excuse me, er, Romlympics

There was an experiment. Two elementary school art classes. One class is told to spend all semester making the best ceramic pot they can make. Just ONE pot, and you have the whole semester to make it. The other class is told to make as many pots possible. Sheer numbers here. Just make pot, after shitty pot. Get them out. At the end of the semester, judges come in and judge the pots. Which class do you think made better pots?
